What if counselling didn't mean someone telling you what to do?

What if it simply meant having a safe, non-judgemental space where you can talk, reflect and understand yourself better — at your own pace?

Sarah Fishwick, Person-Centred Counsellor
About me

Hello, I'm Sarah

I'm a person-centred counsellor offering a collaborative approach that focuses on you, your experiences and your unique journey. Taking the first step can be the hardest part — but you don't have to face things alone. I'm here to walk alongside you.

I support people through a range of challenges including anxiety, stress, low mood, relationships, self-esteem and life transitions, in a confidential space where you can feel truly heard and accepted.

Why I chose this approach

I chose person-centred counselling because I believe in the power of being truly heard. Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, and we often carry so much. Sometimes all we need is a safe space to pause, be understood and explore what we need.
